Ryan Leake is a short-term rental entrepreneur, operator, and coach originally from Marin County, California. After leaving corporate America and relocating to Austin, Texas in 2023, he founded Host Del Casa, a boutique short-term rental management company.

Host Del Casa later merged with Five Star Vacation Home Rentals (FSVHR), where Ryan is now a co-owner of one of Central Texas' leading luxury short-term rental management companies. Together, the team manages more than 70 luxury vacation homes across Austin and San Antonio, with a portfolio projected to generate over $10 million in gross booking revenue in 2026.

In addition to being an operator himself, Ryan served as a coach and consultant for STR Secrets, one of the industry's leading education programs for short-term rental entrepreneurs.

Today, Ryan helps short-term rental operators build and scale profitable management companies that fit their lifestyle. He shares transparent insights on operations, leadership, systems, and business growth while documenting his entrepreneurial journey online.
